What’s the Process Flow & Duration Estimation

Initially, we work closely with you to finalize the designs. This stage may include selecting from our 600+ existing designs or customizing new ones, along with confirming logo placements and color schemes.

Step 2: Sampling + final approval (30 days)

Once the design is approved, we craft a sample unit. This step is crucial for ensuring the final product matches your vision and specifications. The sample allows you to physically assess the design, material quality, and overall appeal.

Let’s say it takes 15 days for the sample shipping & your evaluation.

Step 3: Bulk Manufacturing (40 days)

With 25 advanced injection machines and a skilled workforce, we initiate the manufacturing process. This phase includes molding, assembly, and rigorous quality checks to ensure each piece meets your specifications and our standards.

Step 4: Quality Control (5 days)

Post-production, every batch undergoes a strict quality control process. This includes checks for durability, lens accuracy, logo finish and overall build quality to ensure compliance with international safety standards.

Step 5: Delivery (Duration varies by location)

The final step is shipping the products to your specified location. Transit time varies based on destination but is typically between 4-5 weeks to ship to Europe and the US by sea.
